Nitin Kashinath Jawale, a proud native of Bamnod, Taluka Yaval, District Jalgaon, has been a beacon of hope and inspiration for the underprivileged and marginalized communities. As a devout follower of the Mahanubhav sect, he has been residing in Ulhasnagar for the past 52 years, spreading the message of love, compassion, and social equality. His academic journey began at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Ulhasnagar, where he completed his schooling with distinction. At the tender age of 16, he became an active member of the Student Federation of India, demonstrating his innate leadership qualities and passion for social activism.

As I know him since last 22 years, I am reminded of Nitin's unwavering commitment to the cause of social justice. His involvement with the Student Federation of India was just the beginning of a lifelong journey dedicated to fighting for the rights of the marginalized and oppressed. He went on to complete graduation, honing his skills and knowledge to better serve the community. His participation in various agitations and protests in front of ITI and Technical Board, Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai, showcased his courage and determination to challenge the status quo and demand justice for the underprivileged.

Nitin's professional journey has been marked by a series of impressive achievements, with stints in renowned companies such as Garlick Engineering, Empire Industries, Larsen and Tubro, Bharat Bijlee, UB Group, Tata Group, and National Standard Duncan Limited, Goenka Group. However, his true calling lies in his tireless efforts to champion the cause of labour rights, working closely with various labour unions to ensure that the voices of workers are heard and their rights are protected. For over 35 years, he has been a stalwart advocate for social justice, earning him the revered title of a labour leader.

As I have witnessed firsthand, Nitin's social work is a testament to his selfless dedication to the community. Following in the footsteps of his father, a respected Tahsildar, he has been involved in social work since the age of 16, organizing hundreds of weddings and working with various social organizations, including Khandesh Mandal, Ulhasnagar Leva Patidar Ekta Sangh, and Khandesh Sena, Maharashtra. His contributions to the field of social, educational, cultural, and medical services are immeasurable, with a special focus on tribal areas and the welfare of malnourished children.

Through his tireless efforts, Nitin has organized medical camps, distributed medicines and food grains, and provided critical support to those in need. His commitment to journalism is evident in his involvement with the weekly 'Aakraman', the mouthpiece of Khandesh Sena, where he has been a vocal advocate for the rights of Khandesh farmers and workers. I have had the privilege of witnessing his passion and dedication to social activism, and I can attest to his unwavering commitment to creating a more just and equitable society.

Nitin's contributions to social activism are multifaceted, with participation in various agitations, rallies, and protests, fighting for the rights of Khandesh farmers and workers. He has been an integral part of various social organizations, including OBC Mahamandal, Ulhasnagar Residents Association, and Bhiwandikar Sangharsh Samiti,bhorgav lewa patidar panchyat, maharashtra lewa patidar mahasangh... working tirelessly to promote social justice and equality. His efforts have not gone unnoticed, with numerous awards and accolades from the government and other institutions, recognizing his outstanding contributions to social work.

As a Krishi Mitra and Nisarg Mitra, Nitin has been a source of inspiration for many, promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation. His involvement in agricultural activities in his village is a testament to his commitment to rural development and community empowerment. Additionally, his membership in the Akhil Bharatiya Mahanubhav Parishad reflects his deep-rooted connection to his faith and his desire to serve humanity.
