I am aware that my name and photo can be used for promotion purposes by Shantiniketan Mass Media & Communication, Dombivli, in their advertisements.  I will make a payment of Rs. 25000/- as a processing fee towards the admission.  (sahyog nidhi) I do not have an objection for the same. I am also aware that any fees paid by me is not refundable or transferable in any circumstances after the first dispatch of the course.
